As the Founder of Outpland LLC and Co-Founder of Real Life Ready, Tammy Hsu is driven by a lifelong commitment to creating a more equitable, sustainable, and connected world.

With over a decade of expertise in sustainable event planning, nonprofit leadership, and volunteerism, she designs experiences that reduce environmental impact, center social good, and leave lasting positive change. A proud first-generation college graduate, Tammy channels her passion for giving back into empowering first-gen professionals, mentoring emerging leaders, and building inclusive communities.
